This land is described as Parcel <br />2 on the Merila & Associates Survey #90-170 dated April 6, 1992. <br />Parcel 2 is currently part of a much larger lot (40 acres plus) <br />owned by Williams. The sale of Parcel 2 by Williams to KK-Three <br />necessitates the lot division. The legal description for Parcel 2 <br />is on the above-mentioned survey. The legal description for the <br />original Williams Pipe Line Parcel and resulting parcel remaining <br />after the division is forthcoming and will be furnished to the City <br />of Roseville in the next few days. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 will be combined with Parcel 1 on the Merila Survey. <br />Parcel 1 is a .84 acre piece that was acquired from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation. Parcels 1 and 2 combined will be <br />5.09 acres, zoned 1-2, and will be combined under one tax <br />identification number. <br /> <br />KK-Three Corporation intends to construct Roseville Business <br />Commons IV on the new combined lot. It will be a 54,000 square <br />foot, one story, mUlti-tenant, high-tech office warehouse facility. <br />Architectural plans in progress are by Richard Zenisek. The style <br />and size of the proj ect is very similar to that of Roseville <br />Business Commons III adjacent to the site to the south which was <br />built in 1990 by KK-Three Corporation. <br />
