John Bell, representing KK-III corporation, has requested City <br />approval of a lot division to allow them to construct a fourth <br />building in the Roseville Business Commons development on <br />Patton Road, north of County Road C. <br /> <br />2. The lot division involves splitting off an existing parcel <br />owned by williams Pipeline to assemble sufficient land to allow <br />the construction of an additional office/warehouse building <br />similar to the other three buildings constructed as part of the <br />Roseville Business Commons project. <br /> <br />3 . The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />John Bell's request for a lot division at 2750 Patton Road. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the proposed lot division because it would be detrimental <br />to the general health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />2. Approve the proposed lot division because it is consistent with <br />Ci ty standards and would not be detrimental to the general <br />health, safety, and welfare. <br /> <br />policv Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To insure that development occurs in accordance with the City's <br />comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance and subdivision <br />regulations. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve John Bell's <br />request for a division of platted lot at 2750 Patton Road. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
