The Ramsey County <br />Property Tax Department will issue a tax identification number as <br />soon as the city approves the new lot. A letter from the City is <br />sufficient. <br /> <br />The new legal description enclosed splits Parcel 1 (4.25 acres) off <br />of Tax Identification No. 05-29-23-34-0001, being acquired from <br />Williams Pipe Line Company and combines it with Parcel 2 (.84 <br />acres) previously acquired from the state of Minnesota.
