The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the <br />following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The existing right-of-way shows 33 feet. <br />street Plans shows a need of 49.5 feet. <br />additional 16.5 feet of right-of-way. <br /> <br />The County Master <br />This would require an <br /> <br />2. There is an existing watermain located 58 feet west of the center <br />line of Lexington Avenue. A utility easement is shown on the <br />city's easement map but no easement exist in the file. If no <br />easement exist a 15 foot easement will have to be dedicated to <br />the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />3. The proposed location of the new sign will place the post only 5 <br />feet from the watermain. The post should be moved to the east an <br />additional 5 feet or moved to the west 15 feet for the safety of <br />the watermain. <br /> <br />4. The Engineering Department has no other concerns at this time. <br />
