The setback requirements would put the <br />pylon sign almost against the building and would be blocked from <br />the south by the Roseville Center pylon, and from the north by <br />Lexington Plaza Shoppes pylon sign. <br /> <br />We propose a setback of 15' from the property line to the leading <br />edge of the pylon sign.
