It was our collected
agreement that a 38' high sign would best fit the needs of
Fuddruckers. A sign site change Is also planned and Is
marked on the accompanying page. This site change wi II fit
into the existing Rosevl lie sign ordinance criteria and wi I I
not require a variance.

Fuddruckers feels these changes are extremely neccesary due
to the hardship caused by the development of land at the
intersection of Co. Rd. C and Snel ling.

Our original plans called for a variance In square footage,
a varianGe In height, and a variance in set back for the location
of the sign. At this time, after review with city planners, we
will only ask for a variance in height.
