The Planning Commission cóntinued consideration of the <br />following items up to 60 days to allow the applicants to <br />look into alternative plans and to allow the Commission to <br />review applicable sign ordinance standards: <br /> <br />a. Mike Platt/Fuddruckers request for sign height, size, <br />and setback variances at 2740 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />b. Robert Seeger/Norwest Corporation request for sign <br />setback variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue <br />consideration of Mike Platt/Fuddruckers request for sign <br />height, size, and setback variances at 2740 Snelling Avenue <br />and Robert Seeger/Norwest Corporation request for a sign <br />setback variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue until October 28, <br />1991. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
