Fairview <br />Lot 3, Block 1 Rosedale Industrial Park <br /> <br />To whom it may concern: <br /> <br />As owners of the above retail property, we are petitioning the <br />City of Roseville to grant a variance to the pylon sign <br />ordinance governing the site as follows; <br /> <br />Code allows the site two pylon signs of 100 square feet <br />each. Per the suggestion of Rick Jopke, we would like to <br />increase the existing pylon on Fairview Avenue by 24 <br />square feet to accommodate a larger sign face for our new <br />anchor tenant, Pet Food Warehouse (see attached). <br /> <br />In consideration for the variance, and while we do not <br />currently have plans to install the allowed second <br />pylon, should we do so in the future we will limit the <br />signage to 75 square feet (which maintains the total <br />allowable 200 square feet on the site.) <br /> <br />We believe this to be a minor modification to an existing <br />situation that will help insure the viability of a long term <br />tenant.
