While <br />many of the items we hád discussed previously are included in these plans, there are still a number of <br />details that need to be provided: <br /> <br />1) The proposed site lighting does not appear to cover all parking areas in the project. <br /> <br />2) The lighting plan shows "average" light levels. City Code, Chapter 19, requires minimum <br />light levels in all parking areas. Average light levels are not an acceptable criterion, nor <br />can we tell what these levels are based on.
