We offer
the following comments:

1.

Plan and profile sheets are required for all public
utilities. These plans should include the location of all
existing and proposed utilities. Gate valves are required
on all hydrant leads and large service connections.

Curb boxes/building shutoffs should be shown for all water
services.

- _ - 2.
-.~

"'

,-

3. Manholes must be built where catch basin leads connect
\11Ì th the new storm sewer.

4. A flared end section with appropriate erosion control
must be provided on the discharge to MnDOT's right-of-way.
A copy of MnDOT's permit to allow this work will be required
prior to the issuance of any building permits,.

5. Conflicts exist between the proposed landscaping plan and
proposed utilities including street lights and buried
electric. The utilities should be drawn on the landscape
plan to eliminate this problem.

6. Complete legal descriptions for the proposed vacated
easements and new easements are needed.

7. Drawings should be prepared by a qualified draftsman and
incorporate accepted industry drafting standards.

..............
