Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cush- <br />man, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the general con- <br />cept plan of Calibre Ridge Partnership at 2231 Rice <br />street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the construction and provision of parking <br />spaces, landscaping, trail system, and play areas, <br />as required by the PUD ordinance, proceed at the <br />same rate as the construction of the town house <br />units themselves if the project is to be con- <br />structed in phases. <br /> <br />2. That details of the proposed monument signs be <br />provided as part of the final plat. <br /> <br />3. That site lighting details be provided for review. <br /> <br />4. That egress windows be provided in living room <br />areas. <br /> <br />5. That all furnace stacks be located in chimney <br />chases if provided. <br /> <br />6. That there be a single garbage collector for the <br />total project. <br /> <br />7. That the applicants satisfy the City staff con- <br />cerning proper snowplowing and snow removal on the <br />site. <br /> <br />8. That the development be constructed per plans sub- <br />mitted and presented at the October 28, 1991 city <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and Rog.
