Currently it's owned by Gordie Howe and under
option to buy by Duffy Development Company.

Since your last review of this project, Duffy Development has teamed up
with Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation, a Minnesota non-profit
housing corporation and formed the Calibre Ridge Partnership. In addition,
the site plan has been redesigned to reflect many of your concerns and
questions. More green space and play areas have been added, and the
buildings have been positioned to take advantage of the natural
topography. In addition, a bike trail to Marion Street has been added.
Two handicap accessible units and a caretaker unit with an office and
maintenance facility have also been included.

We look forward to hearing your review at the October 9th Planning
Commission meeting. If you have questions or need more information before
then, please feel free to call either John Duffy at 544-6769 or
Carol Felsing of TCHDC at 292-0211.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Calibre R.idge Partnership
)

By:
Colleen Carey
Executive Director
Twin Cities Housing Development Corp.

CF/kao/CORPC
