In that letter, I noted <br />incorrectly that the zoning on the land was R-6. In fact, most of the land is zoned R-3A, and <br />the single lot on Minnesota Avenue is zoned R-1. I was looking at an outdated zoning map <br />when I wrote you previously. I have attached a copy of a portion of the current zoning map <br />for your information.
