Two closing documents address the process for releasing funds, <br />unfortunately timing required is different in each. <br /> <br />Part 1 section 3B of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program Agreement between <br />Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington Counties HOME Consortium states that a <br />request for fund release can be submitted 120 days prior to substantial completion. While <br />Section 4 of the HOME Loan Agreement dated December 16, 1993 between the Calibre <br />Ridge Limited Partnership and the Roseville Local Development Corporation says the <br />final release can be submitted 60 days prior to Substantial Completion. I am assuming <br />the Consortium agreement would take precedent over the Loan Agreement and therefore <br />am asking release based on the 120 schedule. <br /> <br />Invoices were submitted at closing (see enclosed copy) which were partially paid. <br />Currently TCHDC is still owed $500 and Duffy Development $500.
