Also enclosed is a copy of the proposed financing statemèiit <br />for your review. <br /> <br />After our telephone conversation yesterday, Roberta Gates Edwards, and NEF's tax <br />attorney, called me back to discuss the "set off' language which I proposed for the non- <br />recourse provision. It is my understanding from that conversation that NEF no longer has <br />any objection to a "setoff' provision. <br /> <br />At this point, I am waiting to receive Harry McPeak's revised draft of the Home <br />Investment Partnership Program Agreement between the RLDC and the County. I also <br />need to receive from your client, prior to closing, the items referenced in Sections 2.8, 2.9, <br />2.10, 2.11 (revised pursuant to our telephone conversation this morning), 2.13, 2.15, 2.16, <br />2.17 and 2.20. <br /> <br />230317 <br />
