Also, the <br />parking of boats, trailers, campers, recreational <br />vehicles, and similar vehicles on the site except in <br />garages shall also be prohibi~ed. <br /> <br />C. That the construction and provision of parking spaces, <br />landscaping, trail system, and play areas, as required <br />by the PUD ordinance, proceed at the same rate as the <br />construction of the town house units themselves if the <br />project is to be constructed in phases. <br /> <br />D. That site lighting details be provided for review. <br /> <br />E. That egress windows be provided in living room areas. <br /> <br />F. That all furnace stacks be located in chimney chases if <br />provided. <br /> <br />G. That there be a single garbage collector for the total <br />project. <br /> <br />H. That the applicants satisfy the City staff concerning <br />proper snow plowing and snow removal on the site. <br /> <br />I.
