<br />NARRATIVE <br /> <br />John C. Boyer, B.J. Savard-Boyer and Henry K. Savard purchased subject <br /> <br />property from the bank after a foreclosure. The lot is 212' X 71' and we <br /> <br />are requesting the City of Roseville to allow us to divide the lot in hali~- <br /> <br />to construct a second home. At the present time there is a home under const- <br /> <br />ruction on the lot. <br /> <br />The existing zoning is R 1 <br />The existing home has a driveway entering from Western Ave.. The proposed <br /> <br />home could have a driveway from either Western or County B. <br /> <br />The lot is flat with some trees. <br /> <br />The new home would be built to conform with the style of the existing homes <br />in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Thank you for considering this request. <br />
