I have enclosed 3 large and 26 standard size copies of the drawing <br />for the convenience of the Roseville Planning Commission. <br /> <br />If you would refer to our Plann~ng Application Narrative, I would like to <br />reiterate that we are not proposing to make any changes on the site with the <br />exce ption of cosmetic improvements to the yard. We ask for an Interim Use <br />Permit only. <br /> <br />It is important to us to maintain a neat, very presentable appearance to the <br />public. In keeping with that, we have trailers parked in orderly rows which <br />begin at least 52 feet back from the curbing. <br /> <br />As to the cosmetic improvements to the yard, we have been concerned with the <br />appearance of the yard facing Walnut street. We have trimmed the trees, cut <br />weeds and Kept the grass cut short. We are now concentrating on the northern- <br />most street frontage, which is backed by a heavily wooded area. This portion <br />has been all tall weeds grown up amongst the grasses. We have trimmed trees <br />and cut the weeds and grasses down within an area approximately 52 feet back <br />from the curb. Apparently former tenants had pulled heavy vehicles across the <br />area since there are many holes to be filled in order to enable us to keep the <br />area grass properly cut. We plan to plant grass seed this fall.
