The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the _following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The survey of the property shows piles of dirt in the parking lot. <br />What is going to be done with them? <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The parking lot does not have concrete curb or storm drainage <br />around it. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A site plan is needed to check for set backs and locations of all <br />existing ,buildings and parking locations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Sidewalk is needed along Walnut Street. <br /> <br />.. <br />
