We further believe that moving our <br />operations across the street will have no impact on the <br />existing neighborhood. <br /> <br />6. There are eight employee vehicles which are parked south of <br />the building; there are 175 to 200 trailers parked in the yard <br />to the rear of the building. There are no unique conditions <br />relating to parking. <br /> <br />7. We are not requesting a variance. <br /> <br />8. There are no changes in existing drainage or utilities. <br /> <br />9. We emphasize again that this request relates merely to the <br />moving across the street of an existing business for a <br />relatively short sublease term. <br /> <br />10. Gallagher's Trash Service is used on a regular basis. united <br />uses one commercial dumpster within a fenced enclosure. <br /> <br />11. There are no changes contemplated in connection with rooftop <br />and mechanical units. <br />
