I should emphasize that this is a staft proposal at <br />this point in time, and any final deal or commitment does have to <br />be approved by the City Council in its final form. <br /> <br />The City would consider a $450,000 cash injection of tax <br />increment to be used for site improvements, land write down, etc. <br />In addition, the City would deliver the Sir Speedy site to you <br />for $1.00. In effect, the .E.W is then placed on the City to <br />deliver the Sir Speedy site at a reasonable, negotiated cost.
