Page 5 City of Roseville 4. Description and History of Clinic Business The current owner of this property is RCM & Associates which is comprised of Richard T. Simmons and MultiCare Associates Of The Twin Cities. MultiCare Associates will be the primary General Practice in this facility and is comprised of 23 Doctors and their Business Administrator. MultiCare Associates currently operates Rosedale Medical Center located directly across Fairview Avenue from Rosedale Shopping Center, in the Fairdale Shops anct has been at that address for approximately 4~ years. MultiCare Associates has signed an "Intent to Lease" and will occupy the entire First Floor, the motel portion of the Second Floor and the entire Basement Level. The required number of employees at the new location is unknown, however the Rosedale Medical Center currently employs 20 individuals in 6,200 SF VS 12,000 SF planned at the new facility. The Clinic will provide General Medical Services as required by Roseville residents, and currently employs two (2) 'Board Certified Occupational Health' Doctors. In addition to the Rosedale Medical Center, MultiCare Associates also own and operate the Fridley Medical Center (approximately 16,000 SF), the Blaine Medical Center (approximately 12,OOOSF), and the Mulit-therapy Center in Fridley (approximately 5,000 SF). The main business address for MultiCare Associates is 7675 Madison Street NE, Fridley, MN 55432 and has been located at that address for over 35 years. The range of Specialists occupying the other space in the building has not been determined at this time, however Orthopedics, Internal Medicine and similar specialists will be included. All After-Hours medical services will be staffed by either Doctors or Paramedics. Ambulatory services are staffed by Paramedics.
