Boudin: <br /> <br />As part of the upcoming street project on County Road B, the <br />city Engineering Department has examined all driveways for <br />setback and code compliance. The City of Roseville requires that <br />all driveways be brought into compliance with city code during a <br />permanent street upgrading. <br /> <br />citv code reauirements: <br /> <br />1. Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from neighboring <br />property lines and extend a minimum of 20 feet onto private <br />property. <br /> <br />2. The maximum width on a residential driveway is 26 feet <br />in the boulevard. <br /> <br />Currently: <br /> <br />1. The edge of your driveway is less than five feet from <br />your property line. <br /> <br />In order to comply with city code, the edge must be relocated to <br />a point five feet from your property line or the enclosed "Minor <br />variance~' form must be completed.
