EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th of May, 2014, at <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, Roe and the <br /> following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11149 <br /> PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION FOR KIMCO REALTY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, certain public improvements were constructed to <br /> develop Frank's Nursery Redevelopment; the construction of turn lane improvements; <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer, Kimco Realty, is requesting the City of Roseville accept <br /> ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements; and; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed as a part of the former Frank's <br /> Nursery Redevelopment is hereby accepted and approved; the City Engineer is hereby <br /> directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance, and; <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, <br /> Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, Roe and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
