<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />¡ <br />, . <br /> <br />The land herein referred to is situated in the County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota and is described as follows: <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast quarter (HE 1/4) of Section eight (8), <br />Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty-three (23) lying west of the west <br />line of the East one-fourth (E. 1/4) of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />Section eight (8), and lying north of the northerly line of right of way <br />heretofore conveyed to Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway Co. (now occupied <br />by Northern Pacific Railway Co.) and lying east of a line running parallel <br />to and distant thirty-three (33) feet east of a northerly projection of the_ <br />line hereinafter referred to as Line A; said Line A being determined as <br />follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of said Section eight (8) <br />distant nine hundred thirty-four (934) feet east of the Northwest corner of <br />the Northeast quarter (HE 1/4) of said section; thence south parallel with <br />the north and south quarter section line of said section, five hundred <br />eight (508) feet to the northerly.line of"tbe right of way of the-Northern <br />Pacific Railroad; thence northeast along the right of way of said railroad, <br />two hundred sixty-seven and 3/10 (267.3) feet to the point of beginning of <br />Line A; thence south along said Line A to the south line of the Northeast <br />quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section eight (8) and to a point which is seven <br />hundred ninety-eight and 'SIlO (798.5) feet west of the southwest corner of <br />the East one-fourth (E. 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (HE 1/4) of said <br />Section eight (8). <br /> <br />. . <br />
