Pursuant to section 8.370 <br />of Roseville ordinances, we are considering the installation <br />of sidewalks along the County Road C and Long Lake Road <br />frontages of both parcels, as a preference over donating <br />funds to the City sidewalk fund. <br /> <br />Obviously, the utility of sidewalks installed on our <br />proposed development sites would be significantly improved <br />if there is full sidewalk pedestrian access to the area east <br />of the freeway. By this letter, we request that the City <br />investigate the feasibility of completing a sidewalk <br />connection under the Interstate 35W bridge along the south <br />side of County Road C, between the Burger King property and <br />the "Ruan" property. <br /> <br />2685 Long Lake Road <br />p.D.
