<br />section III <br /> <br />ALLOCATED SIGN AREAS. <br /> <br />A. Exterior Sian Band: <br /> <br />1. Tenant's major identification sign may be in- <br />stalled onto the brick exterior wall surface in <br />front of the leased premises only. <br /> <br />2. The tenant sign band area constitutes that area <br />directly on the exterior brick wall in front of <br />leased premises equal to the lineal front footage <br />of the leased premises, minus one foot (12") on <br />either side. <br /> <br />3. Signs/individual letters shall not exceed 24" in <br />height and shall be located so that the bottom of <br />the individual letters shall be no closer than 40" <br />from the top of the windows and storefront entries <br />(as depicted on attached building elevation <br />drawing). <br /> <br />B. windows and Doors: <br /> <br />Landlord shall provide 4" vinyl graphics address <br />numerals for each tenant. Tenants, with Landlord's <br />approval, may have cut vinyl graphics of tenant <br />identification, surface mounted onto glass entry doors, <br />per detail specifications contained in this criteria. <br /> <br />section IV SIGN CRITERIA. <br /> <br />A. Exterior Major Identification: <br /> <br />1. signs placed on the allowed exterior sign band <br />area shall be limited to Tenant's proper name or <br />service offered. <br /> <br />2. Letter style may be any block style (Sans Seriff), <br />upper and/ or lower case letters, upon Landlord's <br />approval. <br /> <br />3. special logos, designs, or symbols necessary for <br />identification of the business, may be permitted <br />as part of copy, subject to Landlord's approval. <br /> <br />4. Tenant signs will consist of individual non- <br />illuminated brushed aluminum letters as specified <br />within this criteria. <br />
