J,j¿,1

REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION

DATE: 5-11-92

ITEM NO.: 13 ~I

Manager Reviewed:

Agenda section:

Consent

Item Desc

Carl Fisher request for a minór variance at
3111 Prior Circle.

Backqround:

1.

city ordinances
particular area,
feet.

require that attached garages in this
have a side yard setback of at least 10

2. Deny the variance based on the finding that no hardship or
practical difficulty exists.

2. Approve the variance request based on the finding that a
hardship and/or practical difficulty exists.

Policy Objectives:

1. To insure that development occurs consistent with the City's
comprehensive plan and zoning ordinances.

2. To approve variances where hardships or practical
difficulties exist.

Staff Recommendation:

1. It is recommended that the city Council approve Carl Fisher's
