Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,April 21,2014 <br /> Page 19 <br /> City Manager Trudgeon reviewed upcoming agenda items; and specifically noted the <br /> May 22, 2014 Special meeting set aside for a Budget Work Session. <br /> 16. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br /> At the request of Councilmember Willmus, Mr. Trudgeon advised that initial discussions <br /> on planned unit developments related to LDR-1 were proposed at the upcoming joint <br /> meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission. <br /> At the request of Councilmember McGehee, Mr. Trudgeon advised that staff would pro- <br /> vide feedback on those issues brought forward during public comment at their earliest <br /> convenience; along with feedback on the tree ordinance. <br /> At the request of Councilmember Willmus, Mr. Trudgeon anticipated discussion of the <br /> Best Value Process for the Park Renewal Program at the May 12, 2014 meeting. Coun- <br /> cilmember Etten suggested that consideration be given to not further delaying award of <br /> the contract to allow construction timeframes to be met during the 2014 construction sea- <br /> son. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the potential scheduling of an additional meeting, depending <br /> on staff and individual Councilmember schedules to address outstanding issues in a time- <br /> ly manner. <br />
