The County Master Plan shows a need for 10 feet of <br />additional right-of-way for Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />2. This property was assessed for one storm sewer unit and <br />now must pay the additional unit in the amount of $305 <br /> <br />3. Two sanitary sewer services were installed but only on <br />assessed. Additional assessment of $76.25 is due. <br /> <br />4. The new lot will need a water service built. The existing <br />watermain is located next to or under the existing street <br />and will require a permit from both Roseville and Ramsey <br />County to install the service. <br /> <br />5. Ramsey County will require a driveway permit when the <br />new house is built. The new driveway must have a <br />turnaround built on the lot off of the right-of-way. <br />
