The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />Drake Anderson's request for division of lot and variance to <br />lot size at 2426 Hamline Avenue North with the condition that <br />the required right-of-way be dedicated along Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the application based on the finding that the proposal <br />would be detrimental to the general health, safety I and <br />welfare and inconsistent with the City's zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />2. Approve the request based on the finding that the proposal <br />would not be detrim~ntal to the general health, safety, and <br />welfare and would be consistent with other lots in the area. <br /> <br />Policy Objectives: <br /> <br />1. To insure that development occurs consistent with the City's <br />zoning and subdivision ordinances. <br /> <br />2.
