<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DEFINING THE PROCEDURE FOR <br />APPROVING MINOR CHANGES TO APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville ordains as follows: <br /> <br />section 1. The Roseville city Code is hereby amended by adding <br />a new section as follows: <br /> <br />13.071. Minor Chanqes to Approved Plans. <br /> <br />For any permit requiring development approval from the <br />City, such as a subdivision, site plan review, special Use <br />Permit, or sign permit, minor changes to the location, <br />placement, and height of structures or outdoor use areas <br />may be authorized by the Development Review Committee, if <br />such change is required by engineering or other <br />circumstances not foreseen at the time the final plan was <br />approved and filed with the Director of community <br />Development. <br /> <br />In approving minor changes, the Development Review <br />Committee shall find that such changes neither cause any <br />aspect of the project to fail to comply with applicable <br />code requirements, nor materially change any important <br />representations made to the City and surrounding <br />residents, during the original approval process. <br /> <br />If the Development Review Committee finds that a proposed <br />change is not a minor change, the change shall be <br />considered either an amendment to the original plan or a <br />new application, and shall require review by the Planning <br />commission and City Council as established in the <br />appropriate sections of the Code. <br /> <br />section 2.
