The City Council, at the August 26, 1991 meeting, continued <br />final action on an ordinance to repeal section 7.430, <br />Transitional Uses in Residential Districts until the <br />September 9, 1991 meeting to. allow final drafting of the <br />ordinance for Council consideration. <br /> <br />2. The City Attorney's office has drafted the attached ordinance <br />for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council pass the attached <br />ordinance to repeal Section 7.430, Transitional Uses in <br />Residential Districts. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve the attached ordinance repealing section <br />7.430, Transitional Uses in Residential Districts. <br />
