Ramsey County Department of Public Health has requested a two <br />year interim use permi t to set up a temporary household <br />hazardous waste collection site on the County owned property <br />on Kent Street. <br /> <br />2. The Roseville Planning Commission unanimously recommended <br />approval of Ramsey County Department of Public Health request <br />for an interim use permit for a temporary household haza~dous <br />waste collection facility for two years with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a. That the facility be operated as described in the <br />application materials. <br /> <br />b. That a more detailed drainage plan be approved by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />c. That no Council action be taken on this matter prior to <br />June 30, 1992 to insure that the site selection for the <br />John Rose Oval has been finalized to insure, the proposed <br />facility will not conflict with the construction of the <br />Oval. <br /> <br />d. That the berm be maintained and that the applicant <br />explore reasonable landscaping screening alternatives to <br />screen the facility from the west. <br /> <br />e. That signage be placed on the gate listing a penalty for <br />illegal dumping and a phone number to contact. <br /> <br />3. The City Council continued consideration of this item until <br />July 13, 1992 to allow for a decision to be made on the <br />speedskating/bandy facility. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />On July l, <br /> <br />1992, <br /> <br />the Council decided that the <br />
