Ramsey County Department of Public Health has requested a two year interim use permi t to set up a temporary household hazardous waste collection site on the County owned property on Kent Street. 2. The Roseville Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of Ramsey County Department of Public Health request for an interim use permit for a temporary household haza~dous waste collection facility for two years with the following conditions: a. That the facility be operated as described in the application materials. b. That a more detailed drainage plan be approved by City staff. c. That no Council action be taken on this matter prior to June 30, 1992 to insure that the site selection for the John Rose Oval has been finalized to insure, the proposed facility will not conflict with the construction of the Oval. d. That the berm be maintained and that the applicant explore reasonable landscaping screening alternatives to screen the facility from the west. e. That signage be placed on the gate listing a penalty for illegal dumping and a phone number to contact. 3. The City Council continued consideration of this item until July 13, 1992 to allow for a decision to be made on the speedskating/bandy facility. 4. On July l, 1992, the Council decided that the
