<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY REVISING SECTION 13.050, ADDING A NEW SECTION <br />13.051, RENUMBERING THE EXISTING SECTION 13.051 AS 13.054. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 13.050 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 13.050. Driveways. <br /> <br />Driveways shall be located in residential areas <br />to conform with the side yard requirements: that <br />is, the edge of the drieway nearest to the side <br />lot line shall be a minimum of 5 feet from such <br />lot line. <br /> <br />II. <br />A new Section 13.051 is added to the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 13.051. Non-conforming Driveways Existing <br />on June 1, 1991 Declared Legal. <br /> <br />Any driveway in a Residential zoning district <br />which was in existence on June 1, 1991, and which <br />was closer than five (5) feet to the lot line of <br />an adjoining lot which is in any Residential <br />district, is hereby declared to be a legal <br />non-conforming use in that district and shall be <br />allowed to remain, provided that said driveway <br />shall not be altered in any way so as to bring it <br />closer to the adjoining lot line. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The existing Section 13.051 of the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville is renumbered to 13.054, to read as follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />
