<br />..~/ <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />,( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />.AN ORDINANCE NO. l086 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY DEFINING AND PROVIDING FOR INTEJUM AND TEMPORARY <br />USES OF LAND BY ADDING SECTIONS 13.400, 13.410 and 13.420. <br /> <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of RO$eville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 5.494 of the City Code of !the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> <br />Use, Interim <br /> <br />Definition. An "interim use" is a temporary use of <br />property until a particular date, or until the <br />occurrence of a particular event, as determined by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code ,of the City of Rosevil1e is amended by <br /> <br />adding Sections 13.400, 13.410 and 13.420 to read as follows: <br />I <br /> <br />13.400. Use, Interim. <br /> <br />The City Council may authorize an interim use of <br />property. Interim uses might not:be consistent with <br />the land uses designated on the adopted Land Use Plan. <br />They might also fail to meet all of the zoning <br />standards established for the district within which it <br />is located. <br /> <br />13.410. Conditions for Interim Uses. <br /> <br />The City Council may attach conditions to Interim <br />Use Permits. In reviewing Interim Use Permit <br />applications, the City will establish a specific date, <br />or event that will terminate the use on the property. <br />The Council will also determine that the approval of <br /> <br />1 <br />
