<br />April 28, 1992 <br /> <br />Rosevil1e City Council Planning Commission <br /> <br />Dear Planning Members: <br /> <br />I would like to request rezoning of my properties <br />from R4 status to R2 status. I am attaching to this <br />letter a copy of the properties legal description. <br /> <br />The reason for my request is that I was informed that <br />when Hamline Avenue was widened from Larpenteur Avenue <br />to County Road B, all properties over an R2 status <br />would be assessed for about $50.00 per foot frontage. <br />I was unaware that these properties were rated R4 until <br />I checked into it. <br /> <br />There is already a single family home, which is my home, <br />on Lot 6 and I have no intention of selling Lot 5 in <br />the near future.
