<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Bauer Homes for consideration of a <br />comprehensive land use plan amendment and rezoning be extended for 60 days, from August 11, <br />2001 to October 8, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
