Theodore Brausen, Case No. 2392

Page ..

If the signage could, fit within the sign band, the numbers might
not matter so much. But outside the sign band, we believe this
new sign would disrupt the integrated design that has been
developed for this PUD.

3. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

We recommend approval of the requested PUD amendment to change the
building materials for the south building from the existing brick
to stucco.

We recommend denial of the requested PUD amendment to change the
building materials for the north and east sides of the north
building from stucco to painted block. We would request the
applicant to propose an alternate material which meets the design
standards and could be integrated architecturally into the
project.

We recommend denial of the requested PUD amendment for additional
signage on the north building. We would urge the applicant to
incorporate the desired signage into the proposed sign band and
integrate it with the other approved signage.
