<br />To; The City Counsel and Planning Commission members of Roseville, <br /> <br />I, ivIatthias A. Schlosser, resident of <br />Roseville, am presenting this letter as <br />to have my existing property developed. <br />I attended the Planning Commission meeting on <br /> <br />391 N. McCarrons Blvd. <br />information on my plans <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />15, <br /> <br />1992 <br /> <br />to discuss the proposal. Also, in May, 1990, I met with <br />Doug Strong during the curbing project. At that time he <br />reconmended sewer and water services be installed if future <br /> <br />development were :to occur. Lots 1, 2, and 5 now have those <br />services. <br /> <br />I would <br /> <br /> <br />and 5 <br /> <br />on lots <br /> <br /> <br />lot, or <br /> <br />split. <br /> <br />I have <br /> <br />like to split my land into five lots. Lots 1, 2, <br /> <br /> <br />are buildable at this time. My house currently stands <br /> <br /> <br />3 and 4, which could be considered as one oversized <br /> <br /> <br />if the house vias ever removed they may also be <br /> <br />been dealing with surveyors from Comstock and Davis <br /> <br />Inc. and Susan Carpenter of "Carpenter Homes" for this <br /> <br /> <br />project. I have described this proposal to the best of my <br /> <br />ability.
