McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />Back.qround: <br /> <br />1. The City Council, on June 22, 1992, approved a preliminary <br />plat proposed by Matt Schlosser at 391 N. McCarrons Boulevard <br />which would divide his existing lot into five lots. <br /> <br />2. The City Council public hearing on the final plat has been <br />scheduled for August 24, 1992. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Schlosser has submitted the necessary materials for final <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />4. ci ty staff has reviewed the· final plat materials submitted <br />and find them to be consistent with the preliminary plat and <br />meeting all the requirements for final plats. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. To deny the final plat based on the finding that it is <br />inconsistent with the approved preliminary plat and is not <br />consistent with the ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />2. Approve the final plat because it is consistent with the <br />approved preliminary plat and because it meets all final plat <br />r~quirements. <br /> <br />Policy Ob;ectives: <br /> <br />1. To approve final plats which meet ordinance requirements and <br />which are consistent with the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City council approve Matthias <br />Schlosser's request for final plat approval at ,391 N. <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br />
