The property at 1876 Gluek Lane consists of a house on two <br />platted lots. <br /> <br />2. The house was constructed over the top of utility easement <br />which was platted on the common lot line between the two <br />lots. There are no utilities in the easements and no need <br />for the easements. <br /> <br />3. In refinancing the home, the location of the easement was <br />noted as a title flaw and needs to be corrected. <br /> <br />4. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />Timothy and Diane Madden·s request for vacation of utility <br />easements at 1876 Gluek Lane. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Timothy and <br />Diane Madden's request for vacation of utility easements at <br />1876 Gluek Lane. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
