<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />lar meeting of the City Council - April 14, 1986 <br /> <br />city Council met on the above date with the <br />owing members present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />on, and Demos. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the <br />lar meeting of March 17, 1986, be approved. <br />1 Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />s. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Rosepointe <br />request for Special Use Permit Amendment and <br />variance to parking requirements, floor area <br />ratio, and building height at 2545 Hamline <br />Avenue be approved with the following condi- <br />tions: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That there shall be no driveway and parking <br />to the southeast, as depicted on plans. <br /> <br />2. That staff approve fire, utility, and <br />grading plans. <br /> <br />3. That staff approve landscape, border fence, <br />and hedge plans which should be coordinated <br />with the neighbors concerns. <br /> <br />4. That the landscape wall on Hamline Avenue shall <br />be brick. <br /> <br />5. That sidewalks shall be constructed on Hamline. <br /> <br />6. That no exhaust or mechanical systems shall be <br />placed on the southern side of the parcel. Any <br />systems placed on the roof shall be screened. <br /> <br />7. That the pond area shall be dedicated to the <br /> City. <br />8. That the approval is per plans submitted <br /> March 5, 1986. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, and Demos. <br />Nays: Johnson and Cushman. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Jim Edlund's <br />request for Special Use Permit and variance at <br />2049 N. Snelling Avenue be approved.
