Currently, the north edge of your driveway is less <br />_than five feet from your north pro~erty ~1ne. ~n order to comply <br />with city code, this must be re-bu11t to a point five feet from <br />your north ro erty line, or you may apply to vary from city code <br />by a minor var1anc . II .. <br /> <br />I have enclosed an application for a minor variance if you would <br />prefer this option.
