The current building was build in <br /> <br />approximately 1950 with a set back of 21 feet ( see attached survey)_ The <br /> <br />set back where I plan to put the addition is 25 Feet. <br /> <br />The addition will be 24' X 29' with a garage at street level and living <br /> <br />space above the garage.
