Rekuski <br />vs. City of Roseville. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />1. Correspondence is attached from Bob Bell relating to the <br />agreement between the property owners involved in the Rekuski <br />case as well as the fact that the appropriate items necessary <br />to finalize the dismissal have occurred. <br /> <br />2. A final resolution is required that will formally dismiss the <br />case. Mr. Bell has drafted the resolution to accomplish the <br />task which is attached as well as additional correspondence <br />relating to the case. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The appropriate items <br />properly addressed and <br />resolution. <br /> <br />relating to this <br />staff recommends <br /> <br />case have been <br />approval of the <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
