City ordinances require that dwellings be setback a minimum <br />of 5 feet from side property lines. <br /> <br />2. Frank Rekuski has applied for a variance to have his dwelling <br />setback 3 feet instead of the required 5 feet. <br /> <br />3. The City previously denied a variance which was appealed to <br />Ramsey County Court. The Court ruled in the City's favor. <br />4. Mr. Rekuski has subsequently worked out an agreement with the <br />adjacent neighbor, Vaughn and Bunny Larson, whereby the <br />Larson's now have agreed to the variance. <br /> <br />5. Mr. Rekuski, based on the agreement, has now applied for a <br />new minor variance. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1.
