<br />Council Action taken on 8/13/01 regarding 2968 Chatsworth Avenue was a motion <br />not a resolution. In the minutes it was incorrectly identified as Resolution 9919- <br />therefore Resolution 9919 does not exist. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, by motion, to approve the request <br />by Ms. Sally Becker for a Recombination Minor Subdivision of a portion <br />of 2968 Chatsworth Street with 990 Lydia and request the subsequent <br />owner, Ms. Mary C. Walsh, to apply for an easement vacation to <br />eliminate the five foot wide utility and drainage easement in the rear <br />(South) of Lot 25, Block!, North Hill Addition. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn.
