FAIRVIEW <br />ROSEVILLE, MN <br /> <br />1. Proposal for fenced storage area remains unchanged. <br /> <br />2. Proposal for outside display of merchandise is revised <br />to only include one item an ice machine d = 3 ft., w = 4 ft., <br />h = 5 ft. The ice machine would be located on Fairview side of <br />the building on the far north end. This would be located on <br />an unused portion of the cat walk. This proposal for outside <br />display will not pose any disturbance in the flow of traffic or <br />for pedestrian. <br /> <br />3. Handicap accessibility: Amoco Oil currently does not have any <br />plans to remodel the building. In our discussion with an Amoco <br />representative they did indicate that they may be making the <br />building handicap accessible at a later date maybe by January <br />1, 1993. <br />
