Thomas Willmus has converted the former Cedarwood Restaurant <br />building at Cleveland Avenue and County Road B2 into a multi <br />tenant office/business building called the Roseville Retail <br />Shops. <br /> <br />2. Thomas Willmus is requesting an administrative office for a <br />National Car Leasing Agency as a tenant in the building. <br /> <br />3. The site is zoned B-3 General Business and a special use <br />permit is required for a motor vehicle rental and leasing <br />business. <br /> <br />4. The Planning commission, on a 6-1 vote, recommended approval <br />of a special use permit for an administrative office for car <br />leasing and rental agency at 2480 Cleveland Avenue North with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That there be no cleaning or maintenance of vehicles on <br />the site. <br /> <br />b. That the maximum number of lease/rental vehicles on the <br />site be limited to 50. <br /> <br />c. That there be no storage of trailers or two wheel <br />dollies on the site. <br /> <br />d. That there be no public sale of vehicles on the site. <br /> <br />e. That right-of-way be dedicated along County Road B-2 as <br />required. If necessary parking setback variances should <br />be processed to allow the existing parking lot to remain <br />at its present location. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. Deny the special use permit request based on the finding that <br />the proposed use would be detrimental to the general public <br />
